winbox1 does not permit the sale, transfer, or assignment of accounts between players. Any account found to have been transferred or sold will be closed immediately.
All transactions on the winbox1 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). winbox1 supports deposits and withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and approved online banking channels. Supported payment methods are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. winbox1 does not accept deposits made by, or on behalf of, third parties. If a deposit is found to originate from a payment source not registered to the account holder, winbox1 reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbox1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if winbox1 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
winbox1's total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Platform, under any cause of action, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your winbox1 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the relevant claim.
winbox1 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond winbox1's reasonable control may result in temporary service interruptions.
winbox1 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, or where required to do so by a regulatory authority.
Upon closure of an account for breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in accordance with the specific breach involved. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as at the player's own request — any verified remaining balance will be returned via the player's registered payment method.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting winbox1 support. All pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with standard procedures before the account is formally closed.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through the means described above shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent authority under that framework.
